Change/Cancel My Order

Submit a Help Center Support Ticket and let us know that you need to change or cancel your order. Please be sure to include your order number.

Orders start processing immediately upon receipt and because of the high volume of support tickets we handle, we cannot guarantee we can process your request to cancel or change your order in time to stop it from shipping. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel the order or remove products you did not intend to order and adjust your final invoice accordingly.

If it has shipped, you can send the order back to us, either partially or in its entirety. We will adjust your invoice for the amount of the product(s) returned upon receipt in new condition. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please see Return Policy & Instructions
